Directions: How to find us?
Nunningen is situated in the North-Western corner of Switzerland: in the hinterland of the city of Basle, between the towns Liestal and Laufen (cf. pdf-plan). Public transport offers good bus connections from the SBB stations in Laufen or Grellingen. The fastest way is via Laufen. However, it is easier to travel by car. Directions:
- From Zurich, Eastern Switzerland or Germany: take the motorway A2 or A5 to Basel - exit J18 to Delémont - exit Grellingen (before the tunnel) – in Grellingen, turn left (over bridge and pass the rails) and then uphill towards Nunningen. Duration: from Basel ca 25 minutes / from Zurich about 1 hour.
- From Bern or Solothurn (Western Switzerland): take the motorway A1 to Oensingen – follow J12 exit Balsthal – Langenbruck (Oberer Hauenstein) – Waldenburg to Oberdorf – in Oberdorf, turn left towards Reigoldswil – Bretzwil – Nunningen. Duration from Bern: about 1 hour.
- From Delémont (Jura / France): take the motorway J18 to Laufen – turn right to Breitenbach – Fehren – Zullwil – Nunningen. Duration from Laufen: about 15 minutes.
